The master João Nelson Gonçalves de Sousa, will start the online classes, following the current situation originated by COVID-19 and the effects of the emergency situation in Portugal, in many countries in Europe and the rest of the world.

All interested parties will have the opportunity to follow the classes at a distance, which will greatly contribute to the physical and mental well-being of children, young adults or elderly, all those who are quarantined or isolated in their homes, as well as the professionals who still perform functions in the various activities and who need to release, in some way, the stress of everyday life, thus reaching their emotional balance and also improving their physical condition.

This master has been practicing martial arts for a long time and started his training when he was just a child, under the tutelage of his master Shifu Yunys Zapata, famous former world champion (1986), director of the main headquarters of the School of Chinese Martial Arts "Shaolin Kung-Fu The Dragon Dance", with delegations already in several countries.

Target Audience: Children and Adults. It does not require any martial or therapeutic knowledge or experience.
